About these Glasses

These classic 50s glasses are dedicated to Jazz Great 'Art' Tatum (1909-1956), Pianist. He had perfect pitch despite being almost completely blind and had learned to play by ear by the age of three. As he walked into a club one night, Fats Waller is said to have relinquished the piano to him, announcing, "I only play the piano, but tonight God is in the house”.
