About these Glasses

These cat eye sunglasses are dedicated to Jazz Great Pearl Bailey (1918-1990), vocalist. During World War II she toured the country with the USO, performing for American troops. She made her Broadway debut in 1946, and lent her voice to animation productions, including Disney’s ‘The Fox and the Hound’.


Black Eyewear is a brand of designer glasses & sunglasses based on original vintage designs from the 40s, 50 & 60s. This frame can be fitted with prescription lenses.
